We are very particular when it comes to creating delicious ice cream products. You are invited to draw from our 30-plus years of experience and expertise to produce frozen desserts that are exciting and successful.

We are proud to be one of the first ice cream companies in the country to achieve SQF Level 3 certification – the industry’s highest achievable level of food safety and food quality.

Master Classes

These classes will be unlike any other: you will get to make ice cream from beginning to end, with no cheating on any steps! You'll make your own base, cook it, then churn it in an old- fashioned hand-crank ice cream maker, and of course, enjoy the sweets of your labor!

All classes will run for two hours and take place at our location. They will start at 7pm.

Please note: The classroom is up a flight of stairs and unfortunately not accessible to all.
