They are intended to deliver on-site representation and comprise regular visits to site to carry out inspections and verify that the correct quality is achieved in line with the contract.

Site Inspection Services

An innovative and tailor-made package to assist our clients and their consultants in the control of building projects through regular site visits.

Clerk of Works Services

Our clients can be assured that we maintain test witnessing and results throughout the life of the Contract, recording pass/fail with comments on each activity witnessed.

Test Witness

Recording weather conditions and delays caused. Recording frequency and continuity of trade and labour, delivery dates for materials and plants and how they are stored to ensure warranties are not compromised.

Site Monitoring

Using our rigorous snagging technique, we will produce and track lists of defects towards the end of the contract to ensure that independent inspections on behalf of the Client identify items/areas of prior concern.

Pre-Completion

We identify deficiencies, and maintenance issues including, but not limited to structural, electrical, fire protection, site layout, site utilities, storm water management, soil erosion and life safety systems.

A clerk of works is a manager on a construction site who checks to see that work is carried out properly and that health and safety rules are being followed.
