Volunteer Opportunities

Islamic School acknowledges the valuable role of volunteers in pursuing quality education and personal excellence. Parents have always been upfront in supporting our school in many different ways. Moreover, members of the wider community have also played a major role in helping our school in various methods.

Therefore, we encourage volunteers to come forward and help us in the following areas: Traffic safety control, field tips, sports day, science fairs, fundraisings, book fairs and supervision duties.

Since Islamic school is a non-profit educational institution, it organizes two major annual fundraising events (one in the fall and one in the spring). The school also organizes ongoing smaller fundraising activities throughout the year. The purpose of these fundraisings events is to support projects, educational programs, learning resources and sports activities. Your continued support will help us achieve our goal of excellence in academics and personal growth.

Islamic school welcomes all pledges – a formal statement of a donor’s intention to make a contribution at a later date, or on an installment basis over a defined period. Please fill out and email or fax the attached pledge form or contact our accounting office if you would like to make this arrangement.
